The Universal Peace Federation (UPF) in cooperation with the Women’s Federation for World Peace and the Academic Council on the United Nations System (ACUNS) Vienna cordially invite you to attend our European Leadership Conference “Europe and Russia – Partners in a Globalized World” on Friday October 12th and Saturday 13th 2012.
Sessions will cover a number of topics:

Towards a Culture of Peace – Europe and Russia after WWII Women in Leadership Roles in the 21st Century
The Future of Europe and Russia – a Youth Perspective
Education for Global Leadership and Sustainable Peace
The conference is part of a series of European Leadership Conferences on issues of pressing concern for Europe and the world, held at the United Nations in Geneva and Vienna, UNESCO in Paris, National Parliaments in the United Kingdom and Norway, and in the Presidential Palace in Malta. We expect participants from all over Europe and have invited a delegation of politicians, academics, NGO and youth representatives from Russia and former Soviet Union nations in response to their kind invitation to Moscow in April of this year for a conference entitled, “Russia-Europe Dialogue - Peace and Security in Multicultural Societies at a Time of Global Crisis”.
