Djordje Stanojevic was born on 29th March 1974 in Valjevo. He graduated in 1999 on the Faculty of Art in Belgrade. He did his master’s degree in painting on the same faculty. He is the member of ULUS (Association of artists of Serbia). One of the founders and Art Director of the Youth Art Festival "Intersection", Valjevo. He works as an Art Director in Leo Burnett in Belgrade. Djordje's series of works communicate with an oscillatory mechanism – a pulsating reality inscribed in the very essence of a painting. These can be seen as diaries of existence, similar to cardiogram, written in a certain place at a certain time.
